Sales policy applicable to dealers, retail partners

Commitment to quality 

- FSI committed to all the products that FSI provided are imported by international standards in exporting countries and Vietnam, GMO origin clearly 

- FSI committed all the new machines sold within one week is broken (by the manufacturer) will be changed to another machine equivalent 100% 

- FSI ongoing commitment to invest in research, technology transfer, customer relationship management to provide customers with technology products increasingly more quality with consulting services sales, technical support and customer care perfectly. 

Price policy 

- All customers (agents) are updated monthly the latest quotes and deals on the 5th of every month.

- All customers are liabilities regime are entitled to a discount of 2% when paying cash. 

- Prior to the change in the company's price FSI will announce distention 15 days. 

Product Warranty Policy 

- All products will be covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty at the center of FSI at the address: 8, Lane 68, Cau Giay Street, P.Quan Hoa, Cau Giay , Hanoi; Phone: (04) 3 8398204. hotline number 0973 777 168, email: 

- FSI dimensional freight payment support to the Customer sends equipment after warranty.

- Duration of warranty products principle: 4 * 8 * 7 (maximum response within 4 hours, serving 8/1 day and 7 days a week). Where not overcome the right company for customer FSI will borrow 1 equivalent machine used until the fix is complete. (*) 

Payment Policy 

- Resellers trading relationship prestige, longtime granted debt limit corresponds to sales. 

- The agents must contract guidelines before being granted the debt limit 

Policy freight forwarding and installation 

- All customers are free delivery in the area of Hanoi and surrounding radius of 20km . 

- Each transaction orders before 17 pm you will definitely get the goods on the day, the case of force majeure will be notice to customers proactively.

- FSI supports installation and deployment with customer projects or orders over 60 million. 

Training policy to support new products 

- Agents will attend workshops, product training organized by the FSI quarterly, annually. 

- FSI will provide video clips, catalogs, leaflets, banner, standee, newspapers, documents, magazines related to products for customers in service sales. 

- Company FSI supports technical training, business training for sales agents at the place of business of the Agency. 

Policy demo products 

- Agents have retail showrooms and sales capabilities supported product demo. 

- To get the demo agencies need contract with FSI principle.

- Every demo is supported in 1 month. Expired on 2 sides will negotiate for the next demo. Agents should have a minimum turnover arising in the first quarter, if you want to continue the demo.
